We are Derek and Jacy Epperly. We bought 80 acres of beautiful Florida country in the Fall of 2020 as newly weds ourselves. We fell in love with this land and we are proud to devote our lives to making sure that our couples celebrate their special day in the venue of their dreams. The Whitewood Ranch was designed to host breathtaking events and hold treasured memories; our sincerest hope is that your celebration will be better than you could have ever imagined.
